Enable/Disable delivery reports for SMS/MMS

Open "Messaging" app Messaging app Wiko:
- tap onParameters WIko,
- select "Settings",
- select "Text Message(SMS)" and/or "Multimedia messages(MMS)",
- enable/disable "Request delivery report" box.
