Find a disabled app

Open "Settings app" :
- tap on "Apps & notifications",
- tap on "SEE ALL  ... APPS",
- tap on "ALL  ... APPS",*
- tap on "Disabled apps",
- tap on a disabled app below,
- tap on "ENABLE".

* If no app is disabled, this drop down menu isn't displayed.
